Pictures for the homesick

Man, I sure miss my family! It was so wonderful to be able to go home for Christmas this past year. I got to see all my favorite people and do all my favorite things (cook, eat, and cook some more). We had filet mignon and Caymus on Christmas! Josh and I ate awesome food with the parents at Mustards for lunch and went to Cuvee with Aunti Di and UB for a delicious dinner. Nothing compares to the restaurants in Napa; I'm such a snob. Never found comparable places in San Diego. If the food was comparable, the prices were insane and forget about finding a similar atmosphere. Right now I'm searching for the right job; good restaurants will come later here in Austin. Anyway, the mustard flowers seemed to be blooming early this year, I'm sure the valley is all bright yellow now! The tree at Cuvee sure looks a lot like Grandma's. Aside from my two chins, the picture of gma and I is pretty good. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family. Thank you all for being so supportive of Josh and I with the big move to Texas. My fears and nerves were calmed by your excitement and support. I can always count on my family to help me weather uncertainties and look for the positives on the horizon. I am so grateful and love y'all SO MUCH!
